In this assignment, you are to define the project based on the project proposal that was given to you for The Shop at Choices for Youth. Assume that you are a Consultant and that you are the Project Manager assigned to this project. You will work with your team of 4 (including yourself) to complete this project. You will build on this project definition to create the project plan, and also to evaluate the progress on the project. It is very important to clearly define the project to ensure that all tasks are identified so that the organization and the participants of the project have an understanding of what is to be done. In the project definition stage a project charter would normally be completed, but since you have the proposal with much of the project defined, and given the constraints of the course, I am not requiring that you complete a charter. Please complete the following: 1. Stakeholder analysis. a. Complete the stakeholder questions to identify all potential stakeholders. Please add/modify any questions to fit this project. Use the template provided on Brightspace. b. For the top 3 most influential stakeholders complete the Stakeholder Alignment Questions. c. You do not need to complete the communication plan (you will be doing that in Part II of the project).
