In this assignment, you will be doing a more detailed assessment of the attractiveness of the countries that you have identified in the previous "Country Selection" assignment.

To recap, you proposed five countries $($perhaps based solely on your interest in learning about them$),$ narrowed that down to three countries $($based on a broad, macro analysis of the original five$),$ and now you will be looking at the more detailed nuances of these three remaining countries, based on a set of criteria and weighting of your choosing.

The following steps should be used as a guide, as well as your headings $($in bold$)$:

Evaluation Criteria $-8$ points $(1/2$ to $1$ page, single$-$spaced, with double spacing between the success factors$)$

What matters most? Is it potential demand? Perhaps a corruption$-$free reputation or a country that is part of an integrated region $($i$.$e$.$ EU or ASEAN$)?$ What about the competition that already exists from domestic and$/$or foreign competitors? What about climate$/$weather as a factor to the success of your product there? Here, please list seven $($Z$)$ success factors, to the success of your product as you perceive it$.$

As you list each of these, describe the criteria that must be met for each success factor? For example, if climate is important, describe the type of climate you desire throughout the year. If competition is important, do you desire a moderate level of competition, or do you prefer to be the first mover into that market? Please use single spacing, and double$-$space between the success factors.

Country Evaluations $-20$ points $($maximum $1$ page$)$

Next, create a table in your Word document with the following columns: Success Factor, Criteria, Country X$,$ Country YY $,$ Country. Z$.$ Enter the first success factor and the criteria against which you are evaluating each country $($from the section above$),$ and then for each of the three countries, describe where the country falls on those criteria. For example, if "competition" is the success factor, and the criteria is that you would like to be the first mover, for Country X $($replace $x$ with country name$)$ you would state what the competition looks like in that country and whether or not $($or the extent to which$)$ the country meets your criteria of being a first mover by using a scale of $1$ to $10,$ where $1$ means that the criteria is not at all met, and $10$ means it meets and even exceeds your criteria.
