In this assignment, you will construct an interim budget predicated on your best estimates. These estimates will be listed as assumptions which you will delineate as part of your assignment submission. Please include the following cost objectives to prepare your budget estimates to fulfill the requirements of this assignment.

$1.$ Labour costs of your project team: you will prepare a list of roles and assign to each of them an hourly labour rate. You may consult with industry labour$-$rate cards to help ascertain and assign reasonable amounts. Also, please keep in mind that different roles$/$skills will enter and leave the project at different times during the project life cycle.

$2.$ This is a major budgeting exercise so please limit your scope to three $(3)$ major milestones of your choice e$.$g$.(1)$ Market Research and Analysis, $(2)$ Strategic Planning, and $(3)$ Location Selection.

$3.$ Cost of rental space needed to accommodate your team.

$4.$ Cost of computing equipment, equipment setup, and other technology costs.

$5.$ Office supplies.

$6.$ Travel and Accommodation.

$7.$ Any other cost items relevant to your WBS$,$ not included in the above.

$8.$ A contingency fund $/$ allocation.

Assignment Requirements:

$1.$ Using Microsoft Excel, create an organized structure for your budget taking into consideration the cost objectives above and the WBS

$2.$ Create a monthly time$-$phased budget. Assume the project duration will be at least $9$ months. I recommend the time horizon runs horizontally $($across the top of the spread sheet and the cost items listed vertically and categorized in a very logical manner.

$3.$ Calculate the total estimated labour cost for the project.

$4.$ Calculate the total non$-$labour cost for the project.

$5.$ Calculate the Grand Total budget estimate for the project
