In this assignment, you will continue working on the RFP package provided for the Unit $1$ Assignment. This assignment is designed to evaluate your ability to identify the key parties and project stakeholders that are going to be involved in the project or have an interest in it$.$

For the Unit $2$ portfolio project milestone, develop a $23-$page narrative report for your firm$$s senior management to provide comprehensive responses to the following items:

$($a$)$ Define who project stakeholders are, in general, based on relying on at least two scholarly articles or textbooks.

$($b$)$ Identify the key project stakeholders including contract parties and public agencies that are going to be engaged in the project of your choice. Remember that all stakeholders may not have been listed in the RFP Package; however, you should be able to review the scope and identify them in this assignment.

$($c$)$ Define the roles of the identified project stakeholders.

$($d$)$ Explain the needs and expectations of the project stakeholders.
