In this assignment, you will create a presentation about a data exploration of a dataset provided to you (Nashville Housing Data). You will be using this data for the next two assignments as well (U4 Data Preparation Summary Assignment and U5 Data Visualization Presentation Assignment). There will be three parts to this Data Exploration Presentation assignment. Part A: You will perform a data exploration, looking at the variables, data types, and relationships between the variables. Part B: You will practice using the Assistant feature of Cognos Analytics, which uses natural language prompts and artificial intelligence to answer questions about the data. Part C: You will summarize your findings in a video presentation to your faculty member. Using the skills you learned in Unit 2, create a copy of the Nashville Housing Data into your content. The dataset is loaded in the Team Content folder -> Data for DATA 605 Assignments -> Units 3-5 Assignments. Note: Make sure you are working from the data in "My Content" NOT "Team Content." Start by looking through all the fields in the dataset. What different types of data are you seeing? How many fields are there? Look at the properties of each field to understand what it is.
