In this assignment, you will create a presentation about data visualizations of a dataset provided to you $($Nashville Housing Data$).$ You will be using the data module that you created in the previous unit$$s assignment.

There will be three parts to this assignment.

Part A: You will create five visualizations using Cognos Analytics.

Part B: You will practice using the Assistant feature of Cognos Analytics, which uses natural language prompts and artificial intelligence to create visualizations.

Part C: You will explain your visualizations and compare and contrast using the Assistant in a video presentation to your faculty member.

Before you begin, you should have read all the learning resources provided. Select one of the processes you read about in the readings.

You have two options for displaying your visualizations.

Option $1$: You can record your presentation showing the Cognos Analytics interface, showing the visualizations in your explorations, and typing each prompt into the assistant.

Option $2$: You can create screenshots of your visualizations and use a presentation tool to walk through the eight visualizations you created.
