In this assignment, you will develop a Risk Management Plan for the Stoppers Drug Mart Drone Project, describing in detail the types of Risk Management Activities that will take place in the project for the risks and security threats as you judge necessary. The contents of the Risk Management Plan must include the following items:

1. Description of Risk Management Activities for each of the processes in the Risk knowledge area In this section of the plan, you should imagine what you would do, as the Project Manager, to conduct specific processes or other focused activities needed to define in detail the risks, security threats and opportunities that might be present in this project. Also describe what specific work you would need to include in the WBS to assess, document, and prepare practical contingency plans, and monitor the risks that could affect the success of the project. Remember that you have committed to a number of specific deliverables that had been requested by the client, so your risk management activities should be designed to assess, document, track, and report on all different types of risks that these particular deliverables might be exposed to.
