For each of the three $(3)$ errors provide the following in your paper:

Provide a heading for the error

Describe the error that occurred

Describe a strategy or several strategies that would accomplish each of the following objectives:

Prevent the error from resulting in patient harm

Detect the error when it occurs

Mitigate the amount of harm to the patient

The paper should have at least three $(3)$ paragraphs. One paragraph for each error that has addressed everything in the list above.

Papers are to be $2-3$ pages double$-$spaced and include at least two $(2)$ references with corresponding in$-$text citations in $7$th edition APA format. Please include headings for each error discussed in the paper.
