In this assignment you will research the two primary methodologies on the planet being used to steer Project Management efforts - PMI's PMBOK and AXELOS's PRINCE2.

• Perform your own research on both of these methodologies. Do not just base your work on what I have told you. Ideally you should find a few sources that are evaluating or contrasting the 2 approaches. Create a one page elevator summary -- something you could use if you were asked your opinion on this subject in an interview for a job. It should not exceed 1 page (more is not better - refine your work). It should have 4 sections -- I would do it in 2 columns but that is up to you:
  • PMBOK Pros
  • PMBOK Cons
  • PRINCE2 Pros
  • PRINCE2 Cons

What you cover is up to you but to stimulate some ideas you might include:

1. Effect on project size
2. Learning curve
3. Geographical acceptance
