3. Formulate a strategy for scope verification and change control for this project

4. What change management techniques that you would use to address problems related to your projects triple constraints?

5. Explain the leadership techniques to motivate team members during times of significant change.

• An overview of the project that you have selected. Include brief information on project scope, schedule and budget.

Instruction

• Every member of the team is required to present their findings. If you are not presenting you will not be awarded any grades.

• Team members should not expect to receive the same grades as others in their team. Your grades will be based on each of your presentations.

• Each team member will be responsible for the presentation of their allocated topics. However, the team will also be responsible for the overall quality of the presentation, management of time, and slides.

• Do not read from the slides.

• 10 - 15 slides should not be too wordy. Your presentation should be 10 - 15 mins.
• Include a list of references in the last slide
