In this activity you will draw a fishbone diagram populated with short phrases showing your analysis of the problem and submit one file preferably created in MS Paint. You can use other MS applications as well. DO NOT COPY FISHBONE DIAGRAMS FROM THE INTERNET!!!
Please, read the materials posted for this assignment carefully. One of the things you'll learn (or, maybe, you have already heard about it) is how to build an argument from premises to arrive at a conclusion.
For the fishbone diagram analysis, you'll be given the conclusion - the falling sales. So, you'll be moving from right to left building your premises on the basis of a well-known framework from Marketing called the Four Ps, which will also be the bones on your fishbone diagram.
Recall that in MIS, the concept of the Business Process held together by the corporate database is a key concept.
Think about all the problems described in the business scenario, and, as you build your diagnostic analysis bones on the fish, don't forget that this is an MIS class and look for the components that Alex's business process may be missing. What is the most important place at which business is conducted nowadays? Does Alex operate there?
