In this Chapter, you will learn how to conduct a SWOT analysis, a powerful way to evaluate a company, whether there is two employees or 500 employees. A SWOT analysis is a technique used to determine and define:

- Strengths,

- Weaknesses

- Opportunities

- Threats.

SWOT analyses can be applied to an entire company or organization, or individual projects within a single department. Most commonly, SWOT analyses are used at the organizational level to determine how closely a business is aligned with its growth trajectories and success benchmarks.

In this case, you will be responsible to create your own SWOT analysis of Northern Arizona University by researching and highlighting the university's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. A minimum of 4 arguments will be given per category.
