In this course you will work on a scaffolded project involving organizational behavior and job performance. The project will take you along all the stages of applying and interviewing for a job. Each project task will be connected, keep that in mind as you progress through the units! The first task to kick$-$off the project is completing a job search. Your job search will help you select the job you will be interviewing for at the end of the course.

Use a search engine to complete some research on job positions you will be interested in once you graduate, in the job market. Based on your research select $2$ positions at different companies you would like to either work or intern for. Once you've selected the two positions, review information on each company. Think about what information you would find important to know when going in for an interview with these companies. For this task, do not simply include the job description, our focus is on the companies. Use at least $4$ references and research the companies in depth. Each company should have its own one page write up and the job title should be mentioned. References and intext citations must be included.
