Your goal is to select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership. You will then reflect on your image to help you understand your expectations of leaders. For example, viewing leaders as facilitators presents a considerably different image from viewing them as parents. First, select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership and share and describe it in your post.

* Your description should include three parts: Describe the image. Describe four characteristics revealed by the photo that relate to why you chose it. Describe how the image connects to you as a leader, focusing on your strengths and weaknesses.

* You can use a personal photo, or research and post a photo. If you post a photo, please include a citation to give credit to the source for the photo.
