Assignment Components:

Company Creation:

Give your company a name.

Provide a brief overview of the business, including its industry, products$/$services$,$ and target market.

Identification of Stakeholders:

List and describe the stakeholders of your company. Consider internal and external parties that have an impact on or are affected by the company's operations.

Ethical Statements$/$Plans for Stakeholders:

For each stakeholder identified, develop an ethical statement or plan. Include at least two to three ethical points$/$bullet points per stakeholder.

Ethical points should outline moral rules or responsibilities that guide the company's interactions with each stakeholder.

Research on Similar Businesses:

Identify at least two real$-$world businesses similar to the one you are creating. Discuss their business models, ethical considerations, and any lessons that can be applied to your fictional company.

Financial Planning:

Outline how you would obtain financing to start the business.

Discuss positive aspects of the business that could attract investors.

Explain how you would demonstrate integrity in financial planning.

Building a Team:

Identify key positions needed to run the business.

Develop a strategy for interviewing and selecting individuals to ensure a quality team.

Discuss any concerns or fears you might have in the hiring process and how you plan to address them.
