A) According to the report, what are the factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction?

B) For which of those factors is the spread between the satisfaction that survey respondents expressed regarding that factor in their own jobs, and the importance that they attribute to the factor, greatest? (Hint: Look at Figure 2.) Discuss briefly what this means.

C) For which factor is the spread between reported satisfaction and reported importance the smallest? Discuss briefly what this means.

D) Discuss the factor(s) that are most important in supporting your personal sense of job satisfaction. How well or poorly does your current job address those factors?
