In this Individual Project $($IP$)$ you will examine the process of grievance, arbitration, and conflicts resolution within the context of industrail relations.

$-$ Discuss the grievance process and some of its common elements found among labor leaders and management.

$-$Examine how arbitration is related to grievance and some of its common rules.

$-$Discuss labor and conflict resoultion and how the law has influenced the grievance process.

This project should be at least $5$ pages long in length.
