In this module, we have explored making predictions about the future, that are either deterministic or stochastic, under conditions of risk and uncertainty. Let's apply this to your life! Consider your plans for after graduation and then, in your own words.

1. Describe three predictions you need to make about the future in order for your plans to be successful. These might be predictions about the economy, other people's behavior, health, the economy, politics, and your own preferences, to mention just a few possibilities. One prediction must be quantitative e.g. income.
2. For each prediction, check the appropriate box as to whether it is deterministic, stochastic/risk, or stochastic/uncertain.
3. Explain why your prediction is deterministic, stochastic/risk, or stochastic/uncertain and how you will make the prediction using the techniques in this module.
