So$,$ let's explore the contents of a code of ethics for this first discussion board. If your company$/$organization has a formal code of ethics, briefly summarize some of its contents. If you don't already have a code of ethics, or aren't currently working, describe two or three items you think a company should include in a code of ethics. Assume that you work for a multinational firm. Should there be any global differences in your code of ethics? Do you think that your code of ethics should be standardized for all global locations or should it reflect local differences? What content differences would you provide and why? Support your response.
