You are required to research a topic that is related or has links to our course. Please do not repeat the class content, but offer new information. For example:

• We have talked about project crashing, so you cannot repeat this topic, but you can talk about how to do resource levelling in MS Project, or any other methods to accelerate the project.
• We talked about brainstorming, so you can investigate how team members can be more creative.
• We discussed the precedence diagram method (PDM), you can investigate other methods, e.g. the arrow diagramming method (ADM).
• We talked about risk management, can you share with us your experience or find us a case regarding how PM can handle the risk?
• We talked about different approaches to handling conflicts. Can you find us some tips that make PM's job easier in terms of solving conflicts? please give references and also according to the ppt
