In this priject, you will use the knowledge gained from Module $2$ on food product labeling to interpret and evaluate the labeling information of a food

or beverage of your choice. This will help you demonstrate your skills in understanding and assessing product labels. If you have any questions about

the project, please post them on the General NTR $222$ Discussion Board.

Note: You have two weeks to complete this project. If you submit your final project document at least $1$ week before the assigned due date, you will

receive $5$ bonus points on your project grade. There is no penalty for not submitting your project early.
