In this problem youll interface the actual memory device described below to a simple microprocessor with a 24-bit address bus and a 32-bit data bus. The control signals of interest consist of:

~ADDRVAL ~RD ~WR0, ~WR1, ~WR2 and ~WR3

Note that the external address bus goes from A2 to A23, not A0 to A23. Also, we dont need to worry about reading individual bytes or words and can always read all data bits on a page. Only writes to memory need to be properly gated.
