In this project, you are tasked with designing an integrated performance management system for a company or an entire industry. You are expected to apply what you have learned in the course thus far and more. Apply your research skills in adding other resources beyond the topics in the course. You can look at internal and external factors of the industry or company.

Abstract: 10% The abstract should clearly reflect the findings of the project/research. Introduction: 15% The introduction should give the reader a clear introductory idea about the work that has been done. Literature review: 10% The literature review should give a comprehensive overview of the work that has been done in the field of the research. Data/Results/Case studies...: 25\% Data collected/found (if applicable) and results/findings and/or case studies should be clearly presented. Discussion: 15% This part should include students' thoughts and discussions of the results/case studies/comparisons ....etc. Conclusion: 5% Students should prepare a well written conclusion that gives the reader an overall idea/summary of the topic
