Question: In visual basic how would I reject the click of the x on the form and give a modal window that says You cannot exit

In visual basic how would I reject the click of the x on the form and give a modal window that says "You cannot exit from this screen." ?

My project has two forms, and the user should only be able to exit on the second form. We are also supposed to not just get rid of the x with me.controlbox = false
