Example: In the future, I$\text{'}$d like to be able to define my ideal self to others as someone who coworkers and bosses can count on to get the job done. This would make me a valuable employee with the potential for success at work and the possibility of furthering my career. When thinking of how I might describe my future ideal self to myself, I would say that I hope to have improved confidence in my skillsets and my ability to speak up for myself and take opportunities when they present themselves. My biggest obstacle to getting here is confidence. I need to expand my skills, and the best way to do that is by being more agile and using innovation to attack problems in new ways. In the future, I hope others will describe me as a go$-$getter who knows what they are doing!
