In your discussion groups, select a different industry from the examples cited in this unit and create a mini-profile for how the example benefits from ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in real-time. This means you will have to conduct a bit of research, as well as collect the data and prepare a profile to share with other groups. You will share your profile, but you should bring talking points (think bulleted lists) to help you. Each group member should contribute at least one idea of their own. You are responsible for selecting your 2-3 examples that you can discuss with the rest of the class. Be sure you are able to discuss not only how your examples work, but also why you believe they are effective examples!
