In your group of 3 develop a negotiation simulation. You should start by defining the negotiation lesson you want to convey and the role(s) each team member will play. Next, your team should develop a scenario to convey the lesson. For simplicity sake, you should have 3 roles in your simulation along with general instruction. highlights : 1. The lesson you want to convey, 2. The basic scenario idea or ideas if you are considering more than one, 3. A breakdown of the roles of the group members and who will be doing what 4. Any other information that is relevant to the simulation. It will be easiest to base the simulation on a real life leadership or negotiation challenge you have encountered that you can modify.
