In your groups create a short report (min 3 pages, no maximum) for Taylor Guitar that outlines 3 options for a network design of facilities so that Taylor Guitars can meet its customer service level objectives. Then for each of the 3 options cost out the transportation & facility costs to meet customer requirements. Assume the factory costs $ 1M to build, each warehouse costs $ 500,000 to build and each retail store costs $ 100,000 to build. For transportation costs do research using the web and the links provided in week 2.
