I will be discussing virtual team building. As a leader of an organization or an OD consultant it is important to bring members together both in office and/or remotely. It is useful to create bonds and understand each other's style of communication. Virtual team building help the employees feel they are just as valued as those that work in office. It aids in developing mutual respect amongst employees, boosts employee morale, and eliminates internal conflicts (Kumar, 2024).
