Public and private organizations provide funds for some of the services as mandated by federal and state laws, and teachers have a special duty to ensure children with special needs receive and benefit from the services and resources available to them. Typically, caring for children with special needs requires a closer connection to their health care providers, family members, and all of the staff that works with the child.
