Individual Final Project Report (Due 12/8 by end of day) Please upload your individual final project report here. The image below will help you in writing your paper though it doesn't contain a full list of the concepts we discussed. Sociocultural Leadership Problem solving Teamwork Negotiation Politics Customer expectations Technical Scope WBS Schedules Resource allocation Baseline budgets Status reports The report should be 3-5 pages (double spaced) where you: • Describe ONE sociocultural concept we covered in this course (e.g. leadership, motivation, cohesion, bad team-members, etc.) that was relevant to your group's experiences. How did your group experience good or bad effects based on that concept? • Describe ONE technical concept we covered in this course (e.g. estimation, project planning, scope setting, etc.) that was relevant to your group's experiences. How did your group experience good or bad effects based on that concept? • Lastly, knowing what you know now about the sociocultural and technical characteristics of being an effective project manager, what you would have done differently to improve your team's performance and what effect would that change have? Be sure to draw on the course readings and lectures. Individual Final Project Report (Due 12/8 by end of day) Please upload your individual final project report here.
