Individual Written Assignment: Each student will complete the task below as outlined: Your employer used to have a tuition reimbursement plan for employees but the plan was discontinued several years ago due to lack of interest. You have now been with the company for one year; you want to continue your education and would like your employer to pay for some of it. Your employer has agreed to have a formal meeting with you to discuss the matter further. Prepare a written document that will include the steps you will take to persuade the employer to bring back the tuition plan, the detailed tuition reimbursement proposal, and your meeting agenda.
