The existing Port-lands of these three Terminals will be returned to Singapore Land Authority (SLA) for Re-development. Assuming you are a Civil and Structural Engineer employed by a very big local Property Developer and your First Assignment is to put up a Preliminary Future Re-Development Schemes for all these three existing Port-land Areas. Your Employer is basically a Tall Building Property Developer for Commercial, Residential and Recreation Buildings.
