1. A small company with very limited requirement engineers has developed a specialized computer-based product that is configured specially for each customer. New customers usually have specific requirements to be incorporated into their system, and they pay for these to be developed. The company will also bid for new contracts, which would double its customer base. The new customers also wish to have some involvement in the configuration of the system. Explain how best the company can handle its requirement elicitation process in a more effective and creative manner for this situation.

2. Suggest and explain TWO reasons why requirements may be ambiguous? Give examples of possible ambiguities of requirements which may arise in an e-commerce system.

3. Identify TWO use cases for the Automated Teller Machine (ATM). Then, identify the steps for each of the use cases and write its functional requirements.
