However, this morning, your local contactor in the African county sent you the news of several car accident in which many people were injured. The cause of the accident was a fault in one of your company's vehicle's engine which caused it to explode. You were also informed that part of the problem is that the employees working on this project have been working day and night to achieve the targets set by the main company in USA, and that their supervisor has not allowed any breaks during working hours. You reported the incident to the CEO, who is also the Chairperson of the Board of the company.
