Innovation is when creativity is given purpose to solve current problems or future potential issues. Provide four current challenges or issues facing organizations within the next ten years. For each challenge or issue, identify how innovation can be used to address the issue and to bring forth positive change. We have investigated multiple challenges or issues organizations face and you are free to use the organization from your group project to answer this question.

For each challenge or issue, identify what the challenge or issue is and the risk it presents to the organization or industry. Then identify directly how purposeful creativity (innovation) can present a solution to the issue. Your solution/innovation should have evidence that it works (evidence-based management). Your solution may also want to consider technologies mentioned in Unit One and Two: Data and Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain. You can and should use references to back up your idea for a solution to each issue.
