The form will ask the user for his or her first name. (input type="text")
The form will ask the user for his or her last name. (input type="text")
The form will ask the user if he or she is male or female. (input type="radio")
The form will ask the user to select between Red, White or Blue. (input type="checkbox")
The form will ask user to pick 1 of 10 different sports (you will make them up). (this will be a drop down list)
The form will ask the user to write about Global Warming. (this will be a textarea, the area will be 20x50)
The form will ask the user to enter a password with a maximum of 10 characters. (input type="password")
The form will allow the user to select a file to submit. (input type="file)
The form will have a submission button. (input type="submit")
