Inside the while loop, check to see if the line that you read is a blank line

or starts with a $"$#$"$ character. These are the lines that need to be

skipped. If the line is not one of those, then print it out. Printing out the

line of data is not going to be a part of the final program. However, doing

that now gives you a way to see that things are working correctly. In a future

Task we will remove this part of the code.
