Installation and Configuration

Install Oracle Database: Install the latest version of Oracle Database on a compatible operating system. Document the steps and any issues encountered during installation.

Create a Database: Using Oracle Database Configuration Assistant $($DBCA$),$ create a new database. Customize the database parameters according to the given scenario $($e$.$g$.,$ a database for a small business application$).$

User Management: Create three users $-$ an administrator, a developer, and a read$-$only user. Set appropriate privileges and roles for each.
