Instructions:

1. Apply the ARMA Indexing rules by consulting rules and examplesin your textbook on pg. 181-186
2. Following the GROUP 1 - Example below
3. Consider the ARMA rules/textbook rules, decide on the proper filing order (KEY UNIT, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th) for each of the 10 groups, GROUP 2 to GROUP 11, and enter your decisions on this worksheet. Note: you are not required to include the reasoning for the Key Unit as they have in the Group 1 example.
4. Under the # column, enter the order that each group of names would be filed in. Note: if this step is not completed, a grade of 0 will be assigned.
5. Re-save your completed worksheet and upload to the Records Management Worksheet Submission Area under Week 8.
6. Each group is worth 1 mark towards the overall mark of 10. You need to have the Order # correct for each group to get the 1 mark.
