In an original essay analyze and address in analytical and narrative form what you learned about your strengths and weakness from EACH Self-Assessment. Include how the information you learned about yourself will be beneficial or possibly something that you may struggle with in future management or leadership positions. Do NOT include a copy of the original assessment form as that will make your Turnitin score too high. Your Turnitin score must be under 20% non-original material.
In your original essay relate what you learned and thought about the management articles presented. How does each relate to you, your self-assessments, and in future management/leadership.
In your original essay you must include what in the Chapter readings and/or the additional resources held the most meaning or relevance to you. You must find and include something from the textbook and include your personal opinion, observations, and findings. Be sure to cite references to included material to prevent plagiarism. (YOU MUST INDLUDE SOMETHING FROM EACH CHAPTER of Principles of Management Textbook (look for topics that are meaningful to you).
