write a python program that calculates and displays a person's body mass index $($BMI$)$

BMI is calculated by the following formula:

BMI $=$ weight in kilos $/($height in meters x height in meters$)$

a BMI $<18\mathrm{.}5$ is considered underweight

a BMI $>25$ is considered overweight

there are $2\mathrm{.}54$ centimeters in an inch, $100$ centimeters in a meter

there are $453\mathrm{.}59$ grams in a pound, and $1,000$ grams in a kilogram

the program should perform the following tasks:

$-$ accept weight input in pounds

$-$ accept height input as inches

$-$ convert inputs to metric

$-$ calculate and display the person's BMI

$-$ display a message such as:

person is underweight

person is overweight

person is normal
