Instructions Completing this lab will require a) choosing a location, b) conducting an observation, and c) submitting a final report. a) Choose Location The location for your observation should be one that is easily accessible and relatively familiar to you. You may choose to use a public space (e.g., coffee shop, grocery store, office, restaurant) or a private space (e.g., living room, kitchen). The primary requirement is that the location provide the opportunity to observe people and to identify the way the space itself influences the behavior that you observe. b) Conduct Observation Choose a time: Once you have chosen the location for your observation you will need to decide on the best time to conduct your observation. Ideally, you will choose a time that provides the opportunity to observe people - so not a really slow time but also not a very busy time. Allow at least one hour for your observation
