Instructions

Consider your research topic along with the topics / subject matter we are studying in this module. Find four research sources, with 1 or 2 from peer-reviewed journals and 1 or 2 from trade journals. You may include one popular source if it is relevant to your exploration of the topic and appropriately current and from a good quality source. Note that your sources should be current (within past 5 years). If possible, try to findsomearticles that connect your research topic with any ofthe module topics.Writee an annotated bibliography entry for each of thefour sources, and compile them into a document to submit.

Eachannotated bibliography entryshould have the following organization:

  • Formal citation (use MLA, APA, or another recognized format)
  • Annotation:

Research Topic: The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Decision-Making Processes in Management Information Systems. Topic Statement and Question: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Management Information Systems (MIS) represents a huge shift in how corporations approach preference-making. The valuable research query 1s: How does the mixing of Al enhance choice-making approaches within Management Information Systems? This query aims to explore the methods wherein Al technologies, which includes system gaining knowledge of, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, affect the performance, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of decision-making in MIS. This research will explore how course of action that arises from Artificial Intelligence technology and other technologies including machine learning, natural language processing and predictive analytics in Management Information Systems. It will examine how decision methodology can be improved by Al, how selection processes can be done more rapidly by Al, and the things which cannot be accomplished earlier by MIS. The studies will also address capacity demanding situations, consisting of records' privateness issues and the need for human supervision, and will use case research from distinct industries to note the functional applications and consequences of Al on MIS.
