Create a Gantt chart based on your best guess as for durations, hours worked, hourly costs, etc. Make assumptions about the resources and the project duration. Choose any date for the project to start. Assume the project duration of 3-6 months. It would be best to use an Agile approach on this project, thus teams of max 8 people would be best.

Explore the iPad 10.9 features and capabilities at https://www.apple.com/ca/ipad-10.9/and create a Gantt chart for the project "Develop iPad 10.9". Imagine that you have been asked to develop this model. Consider its hardware and software (however "Amazing apps? Appsolutely." and everything else mentioned past this section is out of scope).

The assignment has to be in MS Project 2019 (or later); using any other software will lead to a grade of 0.

Rubric: Out of 10 Marks

Scope, i.e. correct and sufficient tasks listed under each process group, with sufficient levels (3-4 levels where possible), with case-specific Executing tasks, in a logical order - 40%

Schedule, i.e. predecessors set up as appropriate, start/finish dates for all tasks, durations set up for all tasks, milestones set up correctly - 30%

Cost & resources, i.e. effort/labour hours/work column set up, resources set up for all tasks - 30%
