Consider the company's mission and sustainability statement.

Decide upon a company name.

Will you focus on quality, volume, or satisfying a niche?

Will the product be sold in a traditional brick & mortar storefront, food truck?

Determine base pizza specifications: sizes offered, key ingredients, appearance, quantity, and packaging.

Establish the target market and geographic area.

Based on your company's mission, describe the long$-$range goals, strategies, sustainability, and objectives that your company will pursue.

Will the products be available for delivery? Pickup by the consumer?

Develop a recipe that fits with your mission, goals, and specifications.

Create a job cost card for your pizza recipe and calculate cost per product. Assume overhead is allocated at a rate of $$3$ for every $$2$ of labor cost.

List some of the costs you will include in overhead.
