Instructions: During the asynchronous classwork, you were required to identify a behavior you wished to teach, and then develop a program plan by completing the steps for effective instruction as identified by Skinner (1968). Using the information about the behavior you selected, and your responses on the Effective Instruction Program Planning Worksheet, you will evaluate your instructional design to determine whether it also includes the six principles of Programmed Instruction, according to Vargas & Vargas (1991). You will work with your partner to determine if the principles of Programmed Instruction were met (as described by Vargas & Vargas). If they were not met, or not described, identify what changes should be made or what additional information should be included, providing a rationale for the changes. If no changes should be made, explain why. Complete the worksheet for each group member. Submit the forms on Moodle
