INSTRUCTIONS Each student needs to choose one complaint from the Complaints Committee page of the ICCRC website, either from Current Proceedings, Past Decisions, or Revocations, Suspensions and Restrictions. Students need to coordinate among themselves to avoid duplicate matters. CTIONS Step one: Choose a matter. Step two: Prepare a written summary, which needs to consist of three parts

: 1. Introduction. In this part you need to state the name of the member against whom the complaint has been launched and include a brief statement of the matter.

2. Body. Provide concise analysis of the matter and the decision rendered; please ensure that you quote pertinent sections of the Rules.

3. What steps should the member have taken to avoid the complaint? Please engage your classmates in a short discussion.
