Final Paper Milestone: Outline

For this session you will be submitting an outline of your final paper on community risk assessment. Review the following instructions for the final assignment before starting your outline:

For your final project in this course, your community leaders have asked you to provide a summary of the community law enforcement's ability to respond to terrorism. You will need to choose a specific location in which to narrow down your summary. You may select from local schools, churches, businesses, and government buildings.

Your summary must include the following:

A proposal for a risk assessment process (might include identifying CIKR and potential grant programs that could be used to mitigate risk).

Look for grant programs through DHS: https://www.dhs.gov/how-do-i/find-and-apply-grants

Strategies for responding to terrorism incidents (might include interagency coordination, managing the media, etc.).

A plan for the community operational recovery (might include managing victims, working with investigative agencies, etc.).

Relevant examples from the case studies you have reviewed in this course.

A biblical response to terrorism.
