Final Reflection Paper with Two Sub$-$Assignments and discussion integration

The final wrap$-$up reflection paper is an opportunity for students to reflect on the MarketShare experience and compare planned inputs with the outcomes that were generated. Papers should be clear, readable, and professional. The team must work together to complete the paper. Each team member is required to submit evidence of their individual contribution to each category within the paper.

The following points should be clearly illustrated at a minimum.

Note: All assignments must include the student's name, the student's major, and the student's minor for assessment tracking purposes.

Categories of major and minor are: $(1)$ Marketing; $(2)$ Business $-$ non Marketing; $(3)$ Non Business

This two part project has the following required components

Integration of Business Concepts with an assessment of the team's strategy throughout the semester and its' outcomes.

a$.$ Highlights of the team's marketing plan$($s$)$ over the course of the semester

b$.$ A discussion of the evolving nature of the marketing mix components and their impact on outcomes over the six reporting periods

c$.$ A discussion and comparison of the team's performance objectives with its' actual performance

Critically analyze the company in a broader, strategic context with an emphasis on external environmental variables

a$.$ A discussion with illustrations of the team's performance relative to its' competitors $($other teams$)$

b$.$ A discussion of the key success factors in the MarketShare environment. This will include important "take$-$aways" from the simulation experience

c$.$ A defense of how the company is positioned for the future and what the team's strategy might be in the future.
